R v SS – January 2022 – Inner London Crown Court
Client was charged with Section 18 GBH and possession of knife.
A favourable basis of plea was submitted alongside a mitigation bundle including highlighting the law on delay in proceedings as mitigation as well as supportive letters / reports showing the clients positive steps to leave his past life behind him resulted the Judge departing from the starting point of 4 years and passing a sentence of 2 years imprisonment suspended for 2 years.
