Andy acted on behalf of his client, a city professional who was alleged to have committed and offence of actual bodily harm by attacking a member of the public in an unprovoked attack.

Following comprehensive and extensive written representations from Andy that the client was holding an honest by mistaken belief that he was acting in self defence the Prosecution agreed to offer no evidence against him before Trial and a Not Guilty verdict was entered on the record.
