R v John Leslie – Historic Sexual Assault, Southwark Crown Court

Andy, together with Grant Ambridge of the firm, represented the former Blue Peter presenter who was on trial after being accused of an historic sexual assault when allegedly grabbing a woman’s breast at a Christmas party in Soho in 2008.

After just 23 minutes of deliberations the Jury returned a unanimous Not Guilty verdict following the week-long trial. Gudrun Young of 2 Hare Court Chambers instructed Counsel.
