R v B – Assault at Crawley Magistrates Court – 2022

Andy was instructed to act on behalf of his client, a professional male who was seen on CCTV to headbutt the complainant during the course of a verbal altercation.

Following a defence application to adduce bad character against the complainant the prosecution agreed to withdraw the assault allegation, and the client agreed to accept a non-conviction restraining order.
