R v Youth Defendant – GBH s18 – Bromley Youth Court – 2022

Client was sentenced for an offence of attempted section 18 Grievous Bodily Harm and possession of a bladed article.

Defence submissions resulted in the Judge agreeing that the client was not a “dangerous offender”. The Defence relied on expert medical evidence resulting in the client being sentenced in the Youth Court to a Detention and Training Order of 20 months.
