Andy was instructed to act on behalf of his client who was alleged to have engaged in sexual activity with a child family member 10 years prior, when the complainant was a teenager.

He was also accused of sexually assaulting the same family member as an adult more recently. At the conclusion of proceedings, his client was sentenced to a Suspended Sentence Order.
