Luke Gittos secured the acquittal of a defendant charged with road traffic offences.
The prosecution alleged that the defendant had ‘confessed’ to using his mobile phone while driving. He had been questioned at the side of the road. Luke Gittos, acting as advocate, secured the defendant’s acquittal on all charges following a contested trial and legal argument at Lavender Hill Magistrates Court.
