R – v – RL – Kingston Crown Court – 2023

RL was charged with conspiracy to supply in excess of 300kg of cannabis during a 3 month period.

The prosecution arose from the defendants involvement with the “encro chat” messaging network. Following mitigation advanced by Grant and Counsel the defendant was given a suspended sentence.
