Katie is instructed to act for global brands who are victims of IP crime.

She acted for one particular client launching private prosecution proceedings earlier this year, under the Trade Marks Act 1994. The defendant pleaded guilty and awaits sentence. A costs application has also been prepared to recover some of her client’s costs.
