Lauren Mesure

Lauren is the Operations Partner at Murray Hughman, leading the firm’s business operations, strategic development, marketing and business growth. She is responsible for ensuring the firm has the systems, processes and infrastructure required to support its lawyers in delivering outstanding legal advice and client care.

Working closely with colleagues, clients and professional contacts, Lauren oversees compliance, quality standards, financial operations and business development, helping to maintain the high standards for which the firm is known.

As a key member of the leadership team, Lauren plays an important role in shaping the firm’s future, driving operational excellence and supporting its continued growth. She also works with prospective clients and referral partners, helping individuals and organisations access the expertise best suited to their needs.
