TRAINEE SOLICITOR

Amy Bromwich

Amy joined Murray Hughman as a Trainee Solicitor in November 2023 and is currently studying for the police station accreditation.

Amy assists in serious and complex crime including serious sexual allegations and complex fraud, but is motivated to develop knowledge across all areas of criminal law; aiming to develop her own caseload in the near future.

Prior to starting her training contract, Amy completed a bachelor’s in languages and speaks fluent French and Spanish. She went on to complete the Graduate Diploma in Law, where she gained experience in family law through her institute’s pro-bono clinic. Amy’s interest in criminal law was piqued when she completed work-experience following a multi-handed murder trial, at the Central Criminal Court.

Amy is eager to offer guidance to aspiring lawyers along their journey into the legal profession and has recently joined GROW as a mentor. GROW is a charity that pairs legal professionals with aspiring lawyers, offering them practical advice towards their legal careers. This is an initiative that Amy is passionate about.
