Andy acted on behalf of two brothers accused of GBH unlawful wounding. An application by the prosecution to introduce hearsay evidence was opposed by the defence and thereafter abandoned by the Prosecution.

No evidence was then offered against both defendants in respect of the GBH and not guilty verdicts were recorded against both clients.
