Andy was privately instructed to represent DJ who was accused of assaulting a police officer within his own home

Following a protracted disclosure battle with the Prosecution and a successful S8 disclosure application, the Prosecution were forced to offer no evidence against our client, and he was acquitted. Andy then issued proceedings against the CPS to recover our clients’ costs. The application successful and the Court made a wasted costs order against the CPS compensating our client for a large proportion of his legal fees.
