Andy acted on behalf of his client, a Deliveroo driver accused of causing GBH by using his crash helmet to strike another male in the face causing the loss of a number of teeth.

The client entered a guilty plea to the lesser on a limited basis that he had acted in self-defence, but the force used ultimately went beyond what was necessary. The client was sentenced to a suspended sentence.
