R v ALW – Canterbury Green Crown Court – Aggravated Burglary – July 2024

Our client was immediately released from custody, along with his co-defendants following a successful application to dismiss

Client charged with aggravated burglary. Applications to dismiss were made on behalf of four of the five defendants. The applications were opposed by the Crown.

The Judge ruled that none of the four defendants had a case to answer and dismissed the charges; ordering that the indictment be quashed in respect each of the four defendants. All four defendants were discharged and released from custody.
